Who joins the studio

Leaders navigating real decisions—strategy, teams, transitions, organizational change.  Directors, VPs, executives, founders, managers. Anyone leading work that matters and investing in how they do it.

Monthly working sessions. Not webinars. Not networking. 90 minutes where you apply frameworks to what you're actually facing, discuss with peers who understand the work, and leave with tools that hold up under pressure.

A monthly intensive.
Real frameworks.
Your actual leadership.

90 minutes, the second Wednesday of every month. You'll strengthen judgment, position your work, and leave with tested tools you can use Monday morning.

Our Sessions

Every session follows the same structure:

Each Studio Session is a live, 90-minute virtual experience, limited in size to preserve engagement and conversation. Sessions are offered monthly, with new topics released each quarter.

Leaders can join individual sessions or subscribe for priority access throughout the year.

30 minutes: Teaching — One framework. Evidence-based, operationally tested, immediately applicable. No theory for theory's sake.

30 minutes: Discussion — Facilitated peer processing. Small groups, real scenarios. The kind of conversation that doesn't happen in your organization.

30 minutes: Working session — Apply the framework to what you're navigating right now. Leave with next steps, not just notes.

Themes follow the natural cadence of leadership: strategic planning in Q1, execution in Q2, support and nourishment in Q3, and validation and reflection in Q4.

Each month addresses what you're facing in that season (not random topics pulled from thin air).

Sessions are live, virtual, and capped to preserve real engagement.

Can't make it live? Watch the replay. Both work.

What we're covering in 2026

Twelve sessions. Four quarters. Each one is designed for what leaders are actually navigating that month.

Q1: Foundation & Strategy

January: Strategic Intention Setting — Beyond resolutions, build strategy grounded in actual capacity

February: Leadership Transitions — Navigate new roles, new teams, establish authority without apologizing

March: Building Teams That Last — Hire for judgment, design culture that retains people, manage without micromanaging

Q2: Execution & Navigation

April: Decision-Making Under Pressure — Distinguish reversible from irreversible decisions, manage risk without paralysis

May: Managing Up and Across — Build influence without authority, navigate board dynamics, manage your manager

June: Mid-Year Recalibration — Honest assessment, course correction, recalibrate Q3-Q4 priorities

Q3: Persistent, Effective & Influential

July: In Demand and Here for it — Self-management, boundary building, what to delegate vs. eliminate

August: Navigating Change and Uncertainty — Lead through ambiguity, manage resistance, communicate when you don't have answers

September: Influence Without Authority — Build coalitions, negotiate without leverage, get things done across silos

Q4: Reflection & Planning

October: Strategic Planning for Next Year — Build 2027 strategy that works, align stakeholders, challenge unrealistic expectations

November: Leadership During Holidays — Year-end closure, boundary-setting, protecting time off

December: Reflection and Renewal — Honest year-in-review, extract wisdom from experience, actually rest

We build for
success

Why we built this

Most leadership development happens at the wrong time. Annual off-sites. Quarterly retreats. Two-day workshops when you can't spare two hours.

Leadership decisions happen in real time, Tuesday morning when you're navigating a restructure, Wednesday afternoon when someone on your team isn't working out, Thursday evening when you're questioning the strategy you presented with confidence that morning.

The Studio puts rigorous thinking where you actually need it: monthly, accessible, immediately applicable. Ninety minutes to work through what you're holding right now, not six months from now at the offsite you haven't scheduled yet.

Strategy doesn't wait. Your development shouldn't either.
