What we do

Strategy and advisory for leaders building, scaling, or redesigning work that matters.

We think through strategy, structure,

and execution.

Strategic Advisory + Organizational Design

Strategic planning that starts with an honest read of where the organization is and what it can do. Objectives, goals, strategies, and measures that hold the organization accountable to something specific. Decision frameworks for organizations in growth, restructure, or significant transition.

Executive + Leadership Advisory

Thought partnership for executives and founders working through decisions with organizational consequences. Strategy, implications, and execution. Board advising when governance needs to align with operational reality. Leadership intelligence development for executives expanding how they lead as the organization around them changes.

Culture, People + Leadership Systems

Leadership development strategy built for organizations serious about developing their people. Culture support and human-centered design. Accountability structures and feedback systems are built around the organization's values. Manager development for people leading people.

Social Impact, Public + Cross-Sector Strategy

Strategy for nonprofits, social enterprises, and public-sector organizations with complex missions and real resource constraints. Cross-sector initiatives where multiple stakeholders need to reach and sustain alignment. Program design grounded in actual community conditions. Funding strategy built for longevity.

How we think

Our approach

Every engagement starts with three questions. Is this right? Who is affected? What does it require?

They are the diagnostic that underlies the process, plans, and every recommendation we make. From there, planning is specific. We use objectives, goals, strategies, and measures — a framework that requires naming what the organization is committing to and how it will know when it has arrived. The approach starts with a clear-eyed read of the organization as it is: what it does well, where it falls short, and what it cannot yet do. A plan built on that reading is one the organization can own.

The third principle is that the people who have to live in the work need to build it, not as reviewers at the end of the process, but as co-creators throughout.

Who we work with

We partner with executives, founders, and leadership teams across business, social impact, healthcare, education, and public sectors.

Organizations scaling, restructuring, launching new initiatives, or redesigning how they operate. Leaders making decisions that reshape strategy, structure, or culture. Teams navigating change that requires more than instinct to get right.

We work with enterprise-level organizations and early-stage ventures. Nonprofits with complex missions and startups building for scale. Public-sector leaders and cross-sector initiatives where multiple stakeholders need alignment.

How engagements work

Every engagement is custom-built. We start with a discovery conversation to understand what you are navigating, what you need, and what success looks like.

Engagements range from focused strategic projects (4 to 12 weeks) to ongoing advisory partnerships (6 to 12 months). Some organizations need us for a specific decision point. Others need a sustained thought partner over time.

We scope to your reality, your budget, and your timeline. Pricing reflects the scope and depth of work. We are transparent about what is involved before you commit.
