Cohort Details
Each Lab unfolds over six weeks in a live, virtual format that blends facilitation, reflection, and peer dialogue. Participants meet once a week for 90-minute sessions, with optional office hours and light applied work between meetings.
Cohorts are intentionally small—no more than twenty leaders—to keep discussions focused and personal. Every session is anchored by research-based frameworks and real leadership challenges drawn from participant contexts.
Between sessions, participants apply tools inside their own organizations, then return to debrief on what worked and what shifted. Each Lab also includes a digital toolkit and access to a private peer forum for continued exchange after the program concludes.
Enrollment opens twice a year, in spring and fall. The next cohort begins Spring 2026.

How does registration work?
Once you’re on the waitlist, you’ll get early access to enrollment. You’ll select your preferred session dates, complete a short intake form, and confirm your seat with payment. Labs are limited to maintain depth and pace — we recommend booking early.
What’s included in the fee?
Your fee covers the full lab experience — including live strategy sessions, cohort-based learning, downloadable tools and workbooks, personalized exercises, and follow-up integration prompts. You’ll leave with clarity, a sharp roadmap, and community you can return to.
What are my payment options?
You can pay in full or 3 payments (due before start of lab). We don’t tack on interest or extra fees — flexibility is built in.
What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, Apple Pay, and EFT. Need an invoice or want to run it through your professional development budget? No problem.
